In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our automated production systems, ensuring optimum efficiency and reliability. Your expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) will play a pivotal role in sustaining the high standards of production that Kellanova is known for, right at the heart of where our beloved products are crafted. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC-driven control systems and associated electrical components. Perform regular system diagnostics and upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency of automation equipment. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new technological solutions. Document technical procedures and user manuals for system operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar. Strong understanding of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams. Expertise in using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
