Job Description Job Description Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for Machine Operators in the Kingston area! This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct basic repairs and cleaning. Troubleshoot basic machine faults Work efficiently to maintain high production levels Follow standardized work procedures without deviation Inspect materials for impurities or damage before and after use. Monitor processes for system errors or quality issues Operate forklifts, LTO, and overhead cranes Required Qualifications: 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment High School diploma or equivalent Ability to follow instructions and procedures Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk the production area during the workday Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout restrictions Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required Pay rate: $19.00 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Benefits Available: Health Dental Vision Life Diversified Sourcing Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
