JOB SUMMARY This position will be a lead HVAC technician, perform service, repair, and maintenance independantly on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Good customer service focus is required. BENIFITS Competitive Salary Bonus for huge earning potential Health, dental and vision insurance 401K With employer match Paid Time off Company vehicle JOB DUTIES Perform diagnostic and safety check and present to the customer Create estimates to solve customers issues Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs Honest evaluation and root cause analysis of customer needs MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Must have 5 years prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry NATE certification preferred Must display strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record
