Job Description:
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division
includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care
through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school

Carrington Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher
to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing
environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and
reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure
and supported. As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity
to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience
that supports each child’s individual needs. Build strong, trusting
relationships with families through daily communication and care
updates. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where
infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning
skills. Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent
routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s
commitment to excellence. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years
old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early
Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed
childcare center. A nurturing personality with patience,
flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
