A Divine Event Design Studio—part of the Wedgewood Weddings & Events family—is hiring Event Designers & Installers to join our creative, hands-on Design Team. This is a creative role where team members will focus primarily on either Floral Design or Custom Signage , while cross-training in the other area. Whether your passion is flowers or design production, we’ll help you grow your skill set across both. About Us A Divine Event Design Studio is an award-winning event design company with over 35 years of experience creating unforgettable weddings and special events. As part of Wedgewood Weddings & Events, we partner closely with venue teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality event designs from concept to installation. Candidates will focus in one primary area and cross-train in the other: Floral Design Focus Design and create floral arrangements for weddings and special events Assist with event décor setup, floral installation, and breakdown Maintain floral quality, freshness, and presentation standards Manage floral inventory and assist with supply restocking Custom Signage Focus Design and produce custom event signage such as seating charts, welcome signs, bar signs, menus, and place cards Create designs using Canva and produce signage using Cricut and related tools Ensure accuracy, readability, and visual consistency across all signage Manage signage timelines and assist with materials planning Shared Responsibilities Assist with event load-ins, installations, and on-site setup Collaborate with Designers, Event Planners, and venue teams Adapt to last-minute changes with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Help maintain an organized, clean Design Studio and workspace Safely load, transport, and install décor and equipment at event venues What We’re Looking For Experience in floral design, event décor, signage design, or creative production Willingness to cross-train and learn new design skills Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and work indoors/outdoors during event setups Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (ability to drive company vans) Canva and/or Cricut experience 1 year of floral design or event installation experience Canva and/or Cricut experience Wedding or special event industry background Knowledge of print production, signage materials, or floral mechanics A great eye for color, layout, and design Why You’ll Love This Role Work with an award-winning design team Hands-on creativity—your work is seen and celebrated at real events Cross-training and skill development in both floral and signage design A collaborative, supportive environment within Wedgewood Weddings & Events Growth opportunities in a fast-growing event company
