What You’ll Do: Lead tax engagements for businesses and individuals, ensuring compliance and strategic tax planning. Provide expert guidance on tax strategies, regulations, and opportunities for clients. Review and oversee tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Mentor and train junior tax staff, fostering professional development within the team. Stay up to date with evolving tax laws and regulations to provide proactive client solutions. Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours). Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required – Must hold an active CPA license. Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years in public accounting, with a focus on tax consulting. Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and compliance. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify tax-saving opportunities and develop innovative strategies. Strong Communication & Leadership – Adept at managing client relationships and mentoring staff.
