Job Description:

3Ci is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst. The position for our Utilities Client is crucial for engineering, implementing, maintaining, administering, and troubleshooting add-on software in support of their application infrastructure. Responsibilities include responding to incidents and requests for troubleshooting application server issues or installation of components, reading and responding to emails, and attending meetings. General Requirements

• Proficiency in Web Application Firewall (Imperva), F5, IIS, and Windows Sysadmin
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and knowledge of Networking/Firewalls
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and conflicting priorities
• Comprehensive analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate/collaborate with peers, customers, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to provide and accept feedback Essential Functions
